• Speaking with patients about their healthcare accounts and helping them find ways to resolve them. Generally being nice and helping people.
• Resolving issues, requesting information, arranging payments and setting payment expectations.

• Strong customer service experience
• Good listening and communication skills
• Highly organized 
• Great computer knowledge 
• Ability to multitask - talk & type
• Professional appearance/presentation
• Pleasant speaking voice
• Bilingual a plus
