Battle at the Crossroads
Join Big Oak CrossFit in Uvalde Tx on September 5,2015 at the 2nd Battle at the Crossroads Crossfit competition for a Labor Day weekend! We are back with improved scoring, more sponsors, and more prizes for the winners!
Divisions: Ages 18 & up
--RX'd: Male/ Female
--Scaled: Male/ Female
*RX'd divisions will include olympic lifting, body weight and gymnastic movements. The Scaled divisions will include lighter weight and less advanced movements.
Events are open to all levels of athletes over age of 18. All athletes are required to sign a waiver prior to the competition.
Movements will be released on our Facebook page 1 week prior to the competition. Everyone competing will be garunteed 3 workouts. Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place of Rx'd division. Scaled division prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
