Briscoe Ranch Cookoff
The Briscoe Ranch BBQ Cook-Off at the Crossroads is one of South Texas’ premier barbecue competitions, bringing together cook teams, BBQ fans, and the community for a weekend full of food, competition, and entertainment. Hosted at the Uvalde County Fairplex, the event features Champions Barbecue Alliance-sanctioned competitions, jackpot categories, great food, and a fun atmosphere for all ages.
