Free A1C Screenings
Free A1C screenings for community members in celebration of National Hospital Week. A basic A1C screening will be completed and results will be submitted directly to the patient or physician of your choice. This screening is ideal for those with diabetes or pre-diabetes, but can also identify additional health concerns. No fasting is required.
