Free Childbirth Classes
Prepare for your growing family with the Free 2026 Childbirth Classes hosted by Uvalde Memorial Hospital. These informative classes cover hospital preparation, anatomy, breathing techniques & pain management, the role of the coach, labor, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and infant care.
Expecting parents are encouraged to attend classes 2–3 months before their due date to help feel confident and prepared for baby’s arrival.
